Inspire Limited was founded on the belief that the facility services industry, one of the largest employers of entry-level and informal labour in Africa, could be structured differently. Not just as a business that cleans spaces, but as a platform that transforms the people doing the cleaning.

We saw an industry where cleaners were treated as interchangeable, underpaid, and invisible. Where organisations struggled to find reliable cleaning staff. Where quality was inconsistent, turnover was high, and nobody was winning, not the client, not the worker.

So we built something different.

Inspire Limited delivers professional cleaning, outsourced facility personnel, and pest control services to organisations and homes across Nigeria. But beneath every contract is a structured workforce development system that changes what it means to be a cleaner in Nigeria.

Every person we deploy goes through rigorous technical training, soft skills development, and a 12-month career transition program designed to help them move into the career path they genuinely want, whether that is a trade, a business, a professional role, or a leadership track within Inspire itself.
